JEWELRY

Each piece of Dousset Diamonds jewelry is made to order and handcrafted in our Beverly Hills workshop using centuries-old tools and techniques.

Our jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

In the unlikely event you experience a problem or concern with your Dousset Diamonds jewelry, please contact us immediately so we may promptly answer your questions and assist you further if needed.

SHIPPING

Jean Dousset Diamonds insures each and every shipment at no additional charge to our customers within the United States and it's territories, offering you added security on your purchase.

For all products shipped internationally: The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country and is responsible for any taxes, duties or additional charges.

Please be aware all international shipments can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained within the shipping container/box may be communicated to any and all shippers and customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

APPROXIMATE 'STARTING AT' PRICING

For many of our designs we provide approximate 'starting at' pricing to best assist persons in the preliminary stages of engagement ring shopping and information gathering. Our 'starting at' pricing is calculated based on using a 0.90 - 1.00 carats center stone.

ETHICAL SOURCING

THE KIMBERLEY PROCESS

Jean Dousset only purchases diamonds from countries that adhere to the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme, more commonly known as the KPCS.

Introduced by United Nations General Assembly Resolution 55/56 in 2003, the KPCS is an international cooperative diamond monitoring system designed to eliminate the flow of "conflict diamonds" or "blood diamonds" and thus prevent diamond sales from financing violent movements.

Its protocols restrict the diamond trade to participating member states and require that all diamond shipments be accompanied by documentation proving their conflict-free origins.
